1. Delivery Options & Timeframes

· Regular Shipping: 14 - 28 days (international).

· Rapid Shipping:  4 - 8 days (international).

· Special arrangements for bulk or B2B transactions.

2. Shipping Costs

· Determined by package weight, dimensions, shipping zone, and service type.

· Free shipping for domestic orders of 70+ and international orders of70+andinternationalordersof200+.

3. International Shipments

· Comply with INCOTERMS 2020, local trade regulations, and prepare accurate customs documents.

· Restricted items list is refreshed every five months.

4. Order Processing

· Service Level Agreement (SLA): Orders are handled within 48 hours on business days.

· Warehouse operations are completed within 7 business days.

5. Returns & Refunds

· 40 - day return window starting from the delivery date.

· Items should be in their original state with tags intact.

· Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except for faulty items.

· Refunds are issued within 8 business days after assessment.

6. Liability & Claims

· Insurance coverage up to 1000 (regular) /1000(regular)/1400 (rapid).

· Claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 18 days, and for lost shipments within 34 days.

· Force majeure situations are not covered.
